Nothing to Hard
Jeremiah 32:17 - Ah, Sovereign Lord, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you. (NIV)
This morning a dear friend sent me a Facebook post. It was so encouraging to me to read especially after a fitful nights rest. Maybe you are like me and struggle with stressful thoughts about things you cannot control. Please read this post as if God himself were speaking to you today. Because in reality He is reciting his love and care for us even when we are not listening.
“God is saying to you today that He is the Lord, the God of all creation. Nothing is too hard for me. I see what you are facing. The walls that won’t move, the prayers that seem unanswered, and the weight of the unknown pressing on your heart.
But hear this; nothing is beyond my power. Nothing is too broken for me to restore. Nothing is too lost for me to redeem. When you feel small, remember who I am. I spoke the universe into existence. I formed the stars, the oceans, and every breath you take.
Do you think your situation is too much for me? Do you think your battle is beyond my reach? Stop striving, stop overthinking, stop trying to carry what I’ve already claimed as mine. I am not limited by time, by circumstances or by human understanding. When I move, chains break. When I speak, miracles happen. When I act, no one can stand against me.
Trust me. Even when you don’t see a way, I am making one. Even when you feel weak, I am your strength. Even when things seem impossible, I am the God who does the impossible. Nothing is too hard for me!”
Prov. 3:5-7 Trust in the Lord with all you heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil. This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones. (NIV)
